Anchovies (Nethili) Fish Fry


Anchovies (Nethili) Fish – ½ Kg

Rice Flour – 3 spoons

Ginger garlic paste – 2 spoons

Lemon – ½

Chilli Powder – 4 spoons

Turmeric Powder – ½ spoon

Salt – 2 spoons

Sesame Seeds – 1 ½ spoon

Vegetable Oil – 150 ml

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the fish and keep it aside.

Step 2 – Fry sesame seeds in a frying pan till the seeds become powder.

Step 3 – Now take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, rice flour, sesame powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon, salt, and fish, then mix it well and keep it aside for marination for ½ an hour.

Step 4 – Now pour the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then fry the marinated fish.

Your Anchovies (nethili) Fish Fry is ready!
