Bhindi (Lady’s Finger) Masala

Ingredients

Lady’s finger – ½ Kg

Vegetable oil – 100 gms

Chilli Powder – 2 spoons

Garam masala – 2 spoons

Pepper – 1 spoon

Turmeric – ¼ spoon

Mustard Seed – 1 ½ spoon

Salt – 1 spoon

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the lady’s finger and cut it into lengthy size.

Step 2 – Heat 50 ml of oil in a frypan and add mustard seeds, and lady’s finger, then roast it.

Step 3 – Add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and pepper, then again roast it.

Step 4 – Keep adding oil in every 30 seconds while roasting.

Step 5 – Keep cooking for 5 – 10 minutes.

Your Bhindi Masala is ready!
