Chicken Chukka

Ingredients

Chicken – ½ Kg

Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon

Small Cardamom – 2 No.s

Big Cardamom – 1 No.

Cloves – 6 No.s

Cinnamon – 1 No.

Pepper – 1 teaspoon

Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon

Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 spoons

Green Chilli – 2-3 No.s

Oil – 50 ml

Big Sized Onions – 2 No.s

Salt – To Taste

Coriander Leaves – 3 teaspoons

Curry leaves – 10 leaves

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Heat the frying pan, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, cumin seeds, and pepper, then fry it.

Step 2 – Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder to the fried ingredients and grind it.

Step 3 – Heat a pan, add oil, onion, curry leaves, and 1 teaspoon coriander leaves then fry till the onions become golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes out.

Step 4 – Add the chicken and 1 teaspoon of salt to it, then cook it till the water separates from the chicken.

Step 5 – Now add the ground ingredients to it and stir it. Let the water dry out from the mixture.

Step 6 ­– Now add the remaining coriander leaves to it.

Your Chicken Chukka is ready!
