Chicken leg pieces -4 No.s

Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1  teaspoon

Oil – 250 Ml

Chilli Powder – 5  teaspoon

Turmeric Powder – ½   teaspoon

Lemon – 1 No.

Maida – 1 bowl (100 gms.)

Salt – 1 ½   teaspoon (to taste)


Squeeze the lemon, Add 4  teaspoon of chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Salt and Chicken in a bowl and keep it for marination for half an hour.

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Add maida, salt and 1  teaspoon chilli powder in a bowl and mix it well.

Step 2 – Heat the oil in a pan.

Step 3 – Pat the marinated chicken with the mixture and deep fry it.

Your Chicken Kabab is ready to serve!
