Chicken – 500 gms
Oil – 100 ml
Big sized Onions – 2 No.s
Tomato – 1 No.
Chilli Powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli – 2 No.s
Coriander leaves – 50 gms
Mint leaves – 10 leaves
Method of Preparation
Step 1 – Heat 50 ml of oil in a frying pan. Add 1 chopped onion to it and add chillies after the onions becomes golden brown colour.
Step 2 – Add coriander leaves and mint leaves, then fry it and keep it aside to cooldown.
Step 3 – Now grind, chilli powder, pepper, cumin seeds, coriander powder and add the fried ingredients which done in previous steps.
Step 4 – Heat 50 ml of oil in another frying pan, add 1 chopped onion and curry leaves, after the onions become golden colour, add ginger and garlic paste till the raw smell goes out.
Step 5 – Add chicken, salt to taste and cook it till the water separates from the chicken.
Step 6 – Add the grinded ingredients, and finely chopped tomato, then mix it well.
Step 7 – Add 25ml of water to it and leave it cook till the water dries out, then garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
