Crispy Nippat

Ingredients

Rice flour – 3 cups

Salt – 2 spoons

Gram Flour – 2 cups

Water – As per requirement

Chana Dal – 100 gms

Curry leaves – ½ bunch

Vegetable Oil – ½ litre

Asafoetida – 1 spoon

Ground Nuts – 100 gms

Garlic – 2 No.s

Red chillies – 15 No.s

Ghee – 100 gms

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Soak the chana dal 5 minutes.

Step 2 – Take a frying pan, and shallow fry the ground nuts.

Step 3 – Grind red chillies, 1 garlic, and 2 spoons of water.

Step 4 – Peel out the ground nuts and crush them.

Step 5 – Take a bowl and add rice flour, soaked chana dal, crushed groundnuts, salt, asafoetida, 1 crushed garlic, and ground ingredients.

Step 6 – Mix the dough until it becomes chapati dough consistency.

Step 7 – Make small balls out of dough and pat it into thin layers.

Step 8 – Heat oil in a frying pan, then fry the patted dough.

Your Crispy Nippat is ready!
