Dahi (Curd) Kabab


Curd – 1kg

Paneer – 50 gms

Processed cheese – 50 gms

Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp

Onion – ½

Green chillies – 3-4 No.s

Cumin Powder – ½ tbsp

Chat Masala – ¼ tbsp

Ginger – 1 teaspoon

Cardamom – ½ teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Gram Flour – ¼ cup

Bread Crumbs – 50gms

Oil – For frying

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – A day before preparation wrap curd in a cloth and filter it for 8 hours until the water drains out completely. (Preferably in the night)

Step 2 – Add paneer, processed cheese, coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped ginger, cardamom powder, black pepper powder, salt, and Gram flour to the filtered curd, then mix it well.

Step 3 – Let the mixture get marinated for 15 -20 minutes.

Step 4 – Make the mixture into the small oval flat-shaped size and pat it with bread crumbs.

Step 5 – Now fry the shaped mixture into the oil using a frying pan till it becomes golden brown colour.

Your Dahi (Curd) Kabab is ready!
