Egg Wheat Dosa


Wheat – 150 gms

Eggs – 3 No.s

Small Sized Onion – 1 No.

Green Chilli – 3 No.s

Baking Soda – ¼ teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Oil – 20 ml

Coriander leaves – ½ bunch (chopped)

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Take a mixer jar, break the eggs and add it to it, add onions, green chilli, salt, baking soda, wheat and 50 ml water and grind it well.

Step 2 – After grinding well transfer it to a bowl.

Step 3 – Add chopped coriander leaves to it then, cook it on dosa tawa by scattering the dough.

Step 4 – Leave it to cook for 5 minutes.

Your Egg wheat dosa is ready! Serve it hot with groundnut chutney.
