Gulab Jamun Peda

Ingredients

Khoya (Sweetless) – ½ cup

Milk Powder – 1 Cup

Sugar – 500 gms

Water – ½ litre

Cardamom – 3 No.s

Oil – 250 ml

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Heat ½ liter of water. Then when it starts boiling add sugar to it stir it well.

Step 2 – Mix Khova powder and milk powder, then make balls out of it.

Step 3 – Heat a frying pan in a low flame, add oil to it, then fry the khoya balls till it becomes golden brown colour.

Step 4 – Grind the cardamom then mix it with a sugar syrup made in the first step.

Step 5 – Now dip the balls into the syrup and soak for ½ an hour.

Your Gulab Jamun Peda is ready!
