Hara Bhara Kabab


Potato – 50 gms

Spinach – 1 bunch

Coriander leaves – Few springs

Mint leaves – Few springs

Ginger Chopped – 1 teaspoon

Cumin Powder (Jeera) – 2 gms

Coriander Powder -2 gms

Chat Masala – A Pinch

Salt – To taste

Green Chilli – 1 No.

Corn Flour – 1 teaspoon

Oil – To fry

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Boil and mashed potatoes, blenched and chopped spinach, chopped coriander and mint leaves.

Step 2 – Finely chopped green chilli and ginger.

Step 3 – Mix all the ingredients and correct the seasoning.

Step 4 – Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them to flat round pieces.

Step 5 – Heat the oil in frying pan and shallow fry to light golden brown colour.
