Healthy Soya Chunk Gravy

Ingredients

Soya chunk – 150 gms

Big sized Onion – 1 No.

Tomatoes – 2 No.s

Garlic – 1 No.

Anise – ½ spoon

Garam Masala – 1 ½ spoon

Chilli Powder – 1 ½ spoon

Coriander Powder – 1 spoon

Mustard Seeds – ½ spoon

Vegetable Oil – 100 ml

Salt – 1 ½ spoon

Water – 150 ml

Cinnamon – 1 No.

Cloves – 2 No.s

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Soak the soya chunk for an hour before cooking.

Step 2 – Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add mustard seeds, chopped garlic, chopped onions, cinnamon, cloves, and anise, then fry till it gets cooked ¾.

Step 3 – Add chopped tomatoes, and filtered soaked soya chunk then fry it.

Step 4 – Add Garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and water. Then stir it and close the lid.

Step 5 – Let it cook for half an hour.

Your Healthy Soya Chunk Gravy is ready!
