Homemade Healthy Snack Simili

Ingredients

Ragi Flour – ½ kg

Ground Nut – ¼ kg

Jaggery – 400 gms

Water – 500 ml

Salt – 1 spoon

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Place a soft cloth on the Idli steamer and heat it.

Step 2 – Spray little water on the ragi flour and stir it. Then, put the ragi flour on the soft cloth of idli steamer, and leave it steam for 10 minutes.

Step 3 – After 10 minutes of steaming add salt and mix it. Again spray water over the rice flour leave it to cook for around 1-2 minutes.

Step 4 – Roast the ground nuts, then peel out the skin and break the ground nuts into small pieces.

Step 5 – Grind the jaggery and keep it aside.

Step 6 – Now grind the steamed ragi flour until it becomes small clumsy pieces.

Step 7 – Mix the jaggery and groundnuts to the steam ragi flour then, make medium-sized balls out of it.
