Homemade Mango Pickle

Ingredients

Raw Mango – 1 Kg

Chilli Powder – 100 gms

Vegetable Oil – 400 ml

Fenugreek – 4 spoons

Small Mustard – 4 spoons

Salt – 2 ½ spoons

Turmeric – ½ spoon

Asafoetida – ½ spoon

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the raw mangoes, chop those.

Step 2 – Heat a fry pan, add fenugreeks, 2 ½ spoons of mustard and fry without oil, then keep it aside.

Step 3 – Take another fry pan and add oil to it, then add the remaining mustard and chopped mangoes, and fry till the mangoes are cooked.

Step 4 – Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and fried ingredients in step 2.

Your Homemade mango pickle is ready!

You can serve this for 1 month.
