Kesari Bath

Ingredients

Rawa (Sooji) – 250 gms

Sugar – 200 gms

Ghee – 200 Ml

Kesari Powder – 1 or 2 Pinch

Cardamom (Elaichi) – ¼ teaspoon

Cashewnut – 25 gms

Raisins – 10 gms

Pineapple – 1 or 2 pieces

Water – 500 Ml

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Heat 100 Ml of ghee and shallow fry cashew nut and raisins in a pan.

Step 2 – Separate cashew nuts and raisin and in the same pan, shallow fry the rawa (sooji).

Step 3 – After frying the rawa (sooji), keep a side the mixture in a bowl.

Step 4 – Boil 500 Ml of water in a pan and add sugar, cardamom, chopped pineapple and kesari powder to it.

Step 5 – After boiling the mixture in a pan, put the rawa (sooji) into it.

Step 6 – Switch off the flame and add the cashew nuts and raisins to it, following with it pour 100 Ml of Ghee to it.

Let the dish cool down and Kesari Bath ready!
