Maddur Vada

Ingredients

Maida – 1 Cup (100 gms)

Rice Flour – 1 Cup (100 gms)

Rawa – 2 Cup (200 gms)

Vegetable Oil – 1/2 Litre

Sesame – 3 tbsp

Asafoetida – ¼ teaspoon

Ground Nuts – 20 gms

Salt – To taste

Big Sized Onions – 2 No.s

Green chilli – 5 No.s

Curry leaves – ¼ bunch

Method Preparation

Step 1 – Roast the Ground nuts and break into pieces.

Step 2 – Mix Maida, rawa, Rice flour, asafoetida, roasted ground nuts, sesame seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, chopped onion and salt in a bowl.

Step 3 – Heat ¼ litre of oil, mix the dough until it becomes in roti dough consistency.

Step 4 – Heat the remaining oil in a big fring pan , pat the dough in a round shape, then deep fry it.

Your Maddur Vada is Ready!
