Mango Gravy

Ingredients

Totapuri Mango – 1 No.

Onion – 1 No.

Chilli Powder – 2 spoons

Tomatoes – 2 No.s

Mustard Seeds – 1 spoon

Fenugreek – 1 ½ spoons

Salt – 1 ½ spoon

Jaggery – 2 spoons

Vegetable oil – 50 ml

Garlic – 8 pieces

Water – 1 glass

Curry leaves – 1 stick

Method of preparation

Step 1 ­– Wash the mango and cut into thin slices.

Step 2 – Take a fry pan, pour oil into it then, add mustard seeds, garlic, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes one by one with the interval of 10 seconds.

Step 3 – Add the sliced mango to the fry pan and saute it.

Step 4 – Add water, chilli powder and salt then keep sauting it until the mixture becomes gravy.

Step 5 – Add jaggery and keep mixing it until it completely dissolves in the mixture.

Step 6 – Take another fry pan, add fenugreek and roast it. Then grind it well.

Step 7 – Add fenugreek powder and curry leaves to the gravy.

Your Mango gravy is ready!
