Mullet Fish Fry

Ingredients

Mullet – 1kg

Chilli Powder – 50 gms

Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Lemon – 1 No.

Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoon

Maida – 2 teaspoon

Oil – To fry

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the fish, then take a bowl and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, maida, and lemon juice and mix it well.

Step 2 – After mixing the above ingredients and add 2 teaspoons of water, then mix it well.

Step 3 – Now apply the mixture on the fish and shallow fry it.

Your Mullet fish Fry is ready!
