Mushroom Gravy


Mushroom – 250 gms

Oil – 25 ml

Big sized Onion – 2 No.s

Green Chilli – 2 No.s

Mustard Seeds – ΒΌ teaspoon

Cumin Seeds – Β½ teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Small sized Tomatoes – 2 No.s

Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon

Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves – 10 leaves

Coriander leaves – 4-5 teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the mushroom and cut it into 4 pieces.

Step 2 – Heat a pan, then add oil, mustard cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped onions then fry it well.

Step 3 – After the above ingredients add sliced green chillies and ginger garlic paste then fry till the raw smell goes out.

Step 4 – Add chilli powder, and coriander powder and fry it.

Step 5 – Now add chopped tomatoes and leave it to cook till the water and oil separates out from the tomatoes.

Step 6 – Add salt and mushroom pieces to it. Then let it cook for 10 – 15 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Your Mushroom Gravy is ready!
