Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken – ½ Kg

Chilli Powder – 3 spoons

Pepper – 3 spoons

Garam masala – 2 spoons

Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 spoons

 Lemon – ½ Piece

Turmeric Powder – ½ spoon

Salt – 1 spoon

Vegetable Oil – 100 ml

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the chicken

Step 2 – Add chilli powder, pepper, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt and chicken, then mix it well and keep it for marination for ½ an hour.

Step 3 – Take a dosa tawa, spread the oil across the tawa and fry the marinated chicken spreading oil on it.

Step 4 – Keep frying the chicken until it gets cooked.

Your Pepper Chicken is ready!
