Pomfret Fish Fry


Pomfret fish – ½ kg

Chilli Powder – 4 spoons

Vegetable oil – 150 ml

Pepper Powder – 2 spoons

Ginger garlic paste – 2 spoons

Corn flour – 3 spoons

Turmeric powder – ½ spoon

Lemon – ½ piece

Tamarind Water – 3 spoons

Salt – 1 ½ spoon

Bread Crumbs – 100 gms

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Take a bowl and add chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, turmeric powder, lemon, tamarind water, and salt, then put the fish to it and mix it well and keep it rest for ½ an hour.

Step 2 – Grease a frying pan with oil.

Step 3 – After ½ an hour of marination, pat the fish with bread crumbs and place it in the frying pan, keep adding oil for every 30 seconds until the fish is cooked well.

Your Pomfret fish fry is ready!
