Prawn Gravy

Ingredients

Prawn – ½ Kg

Oil – 50 Ml

Finely chopped Onion – ¼ Kg

Cumin Seeds- ½   teaspoon

Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 ½   teaspoon

Chilli Powder – 1   teaspoon

Green Chilli – 4 No.s

Turmeric Powder – ¼   teaspoon

Garam Masala – 1  teaspoon

Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) – ½   teaspoon

Lemon – 1  teaspoon

Curd – 5  teaspoon

Medium Sized Tomato – 3 No.s

Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Add Prawn, Salt, Lemon, and Turmeric Powder in a bowl and keep it for marination for half an hour.

Step 2 – Heat the oil in a pan.

Step 3 – Add cumin seeds and onion in the pan and fry till the onion get brown.

Step 4 – Add ginger garlic paste and chilli powder to it, and keep frying till the raw smell stops.

Step 5 – Add the marinated prawn into the pan and sauté till the prawn is cooked.

Step 6 – Add the chopped tomatoes and curd to the prawn.

Step 7 – Cook the prawn till the gravy gets into a creamy consistency.

Step 8 – Add Garam Masala and Coriander leaves to it.

Your Prawn Gravy is ready!
