Scrambled Chicken

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken – ¼ Kg

Big onion – 4 No.s

Oil – 25 ml

Water – 5 teaspoon

Green Chilli – 6 No.s

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder – ¼ teaspoon

Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon

Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 bowl

Curry leaves – 5 leaves

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the chicken and finely mince it.

Step 2 – Grind ½ teaspoon salt, 2 chillies, and the minced chicken.

Step 3 – Take a pan, add 4 chopped onion, 4 chopped chillies, and 1 teaspoon, then fry until the onions become a golden colour.

Step 4 – Now add ginger garlic paste and keep frying it until the raw smell goes out.

Step 5 – Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, and coriander leaves and mix it.

Step 6 – Now add the grinded chicken which was done in step 2 to it and mix it well.

Step 7 – Add 5 teaspoon water to it and keep stirring it until the chicken becomes into tiny balls.

Step 8 – After the chicken is cooked well garnish it with the remaining coriander leaves.

Your Scrambled chicken is ready!
