Seer Fish Kabab

Ingredients

Seer – 1 kg

Chilli Powder – 50 gms

Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoons

Lemon – 1 No.

Coriander Powder – 10 gms

Maida or Rice flour – 4 teaspoons

Salt – to taste

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Wash the fish then transfer it in a bowl and keep it aside.

Step 2 – Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, maida or rice flour and salt in a bowl, and mix it well.

Step 2 – Add 10 ml of water and again mix well till it becomes a paste.

Step 3 – Now pat the masala on the fish. Keep it for marination for 1 hour.

Step 4 – Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fishes.

Your Seer Fish Fry is ready!
