Spicy Bonda

Ingredients

Gram flour – 200 gms

Rice flour – 50 gms

Big sized Onion – 2 No.s

Green chilli – 6 No.s

Coriander leaves – ½ bunch

Curry leaves – ½ bunch

Salt – ¾ spoon

Baking Soda – ½ spoon

Vegetable oil – ½ litre

Method of Preparation

Step 1 – Chop Green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and onion, then mix and keep it aside.

Step 2 – Add the chopped onions and greeneries, gram flour and water and mix it till the dough becomes thick, then keep it to rest for 5 minutes.

Step 3 – Take a big frying pan, pour oil into it and heat it.

Step 4 – Now pat the dough mixture and dip it into the oil to fry.

Step 5 ­– After the dough becomes golden brown colour remove it from the oil.

Your hot spicy bonda is ready!
